It's that Forbes is basically a gossip/bullshit magazine that post 50 little "lists" in each issue. It doesn't help that Steve Forbes is an idiot, but they write nothing that is insightful, they aren't quick enough to cover breaking news, they have very few people working for them who are credible portfolio managers/institutional investors, and in general most of their original stories do not relate to the business world at all. I don't understand how they still have an air of credibility amongst the "masses" when it's basically the business Men's Health.
