COMPLETELY untrue. The only stuff contractors aren't allowed to use are the self-drive vehicles for getting round campus. And that's for insurance rather than killjoy reasons.

Please get your facts right! If contractors were treated like 2nd class citizens in the GOOG, you'd know about it by now...

This is just pathetically inaccurate when applied to the DoubleClick acquisition. Bon Appetit employees are vendors to large companies' cafe food services, meaning they are guest food service workers--not even contractors, never DoubleClick employees, will never be Google employees. At any big company with cafeteria, janitorial, etc. services, there's a big difference between contractors and vendors. Yes, it's somewhat elitist for Google not let food prep workers use massage chairs, but these people aren't even contracted directly by Google, and this will never apply to fmr. DoubleClick employees, unless they want to become employees of Bon Appetit first.
