It all boils down to the same thing. Hot stove, grease, unhappy and happy customers, asshole co-workers, good second managers, etc...

I see what you are trying to say, but I have to stand by my earlier comment. Sell your body on the street for $30 or discretely at the Four Seasons for $3000... you are still selling your body at the price point that people are willing to pay. You are a commodity. Know what I mean?
