This isn't a huge change from the old story. All he's saying is that when the employee who had equity decided to sell to eBay, they worked with eBay to negotiate the sale.

I still think the choice of eBay was a surprise. Once it was forced on them, they had to deal with it.

This doesn't feel like news to me. There isn't much scandal to be found surrounding craigslist. Craig != Jimmy.
