Very nice - this bonus increase alone equals to savings of laying of a 2-3 of "front-line" workers. "Free cash flow" indeed... flowing in the "right" directions.

This reminds me of the 80's when company stock would be in a free fall, but the executives got a lot of bonuses and other compensation.

That should go well with the mass exodus at Yahoo. They just had an article on NPR this morning about Yahoo's situation with losing employees. Headhunters are having a shark feeding frenzy over it.
