Anytime any company is rapidly growing it's going to start approaching "not as fun" and "more bureaucratic than before" territory.
Shit starts getting really ridiculous when a 23 year old innovator lacking business experience insists on running the show.
Can't wait to hear the disgruntled facebook employees stories in a couple of years.

It's the same in every company. When I got my first job 8 years ago, I was told from the start that I was an "exceptional employee" and that I would get to manage projects within 6 months. They say that to everybody, so you get the picture of what ends up happening.

So your friend couldn't get a position that she wanted, so she basically gets the crappiest one, and then hope to "transfer" to a better one in a couple month.

Is your friend applying the same logic of applying for a shitty major in a good university and once you are in transfer to the better major?
