The whole thing is tawdry, but as far as I can tell: Marsden complained about her profile to him. He recognized he had a conflict of interest, so he asked others to look into it. And they did. She complained more, and he passed that along again, without explicitly specifying that now the conflict of interest was with his penis.

What's the bad thing again? It seems like as long as he recuses himself, he doesn't have to say exactly which sexual positions were the cause of it.
