YouTube, generally, wants videos be up. That's their value prop to their users. If a video is taken down, it's because it violates the TOS: e.g. it shows unacceptable nudity, violence with minors, whatever. Those rules generally exist because if YouTube didn't have them, it would be exposed to a lot more legal liability. Alternately, this chick could have a video that contains copyrighted content which one of the owners (like Sony, UMG, whoever) has identified and removed.

What this idiot doesn't get is that first, all takedowns are logged and recorded, so YT *knows* which employee is taking videos down and who might turn them back on. (It's just the way the system works -- to use an admin console you generally have to be authenticated as an employee. Duh.) Which implices second, that someone would be risking their job by reposting a video that violates TOS and was already taken down. Which leads us to third: she is ergo retarded to think that someone is willing to risk their salary and their professional credibility for one bang with some random chick who is obviously prostituting herself. If any of the YT guys are that desperate (and most of them are pretty cool) it'd be a hell of a lot cheaper and safer to just head to NV and spend a weekend in a brothel.

ROFLMAO! That's just great. I guess she hasn't banged enough techies, as a lot of them have pretty much every STD known to man. The STD rate down there is pretty alarming.
