What have they done? They've added stats. Whee! Oh, and they've removed a bunch of well-functioning Flash features and replaced them with buggy AJAX cruft. Once again, the luddites in Yahoo's engineering management (who, without comprehension or clue, cling to buzzwords like AJAX and JSON like Leonardo DiCaprio clinging to Titanic debris) get a win in their effort to push form over function.

there are also a lot of product launches planned (and almost all are on track -- and (mostly) unaffected by the layoffs).
