		    <description><![CDATA[<p>At the executive level, great talent knows that you don't necessarily make it to the top as an internal candidate. If Google was to develop a reputation as a training ground for other company's CEOs, like Jack Welch and GE were for a while, it would mostly dispense with that objection. 		    <description><![CDATA[<p>One option is that the three of them could leave Google at some point and start a new company or endeavor. And it doesn't necessarily have to be a tech company.</p>
<p>They could end up as VCs, vintners, real estate magnates, or general aviation flying instructors. Heck, they could buy a nightclub like Jamie Zawinski and just rock out.</p> <p>BartKela</p>]]></description>
