Pay By Touch’s founder John Rogers had big dreams of changing the way people paid for things. He raised hundreds of millions two years ago from investors, and promised he would let poeple pay with their fingerprint in stores across the nation.

Now, now, now. Let's remember that every Fortune 500 CEO is probably within six degrees of separation from a convicted felon. Every member of the New York Yankees has shaken the hand of a convicted felon. Hillary Clinton has a 20-year friendship with a convicted felon. The Milken Family Foundation was created with money from a convicted felon.

Why, some years ago I attended college and hung out with a convicted murderer. I know a CPA and a licensed commercial pilot who are convicted felons. And a pal of mine is writing screenplays to pay of his $3 million legal bill while appealing his conviction.

Think about it. How many felons do you know?
