Let's look at Zuckerburg's history according to Wikipedia. He "hacked" Harvard servers to obtain pictures of students for his "Hot or Not" clone, and we all know of the legal battle over who founded Facebook. At Facebook, he let the news streams feature get written.

His complete disregard for IP law and privacy is now a liability. Facebook is always closer to going one step too far, and they don't have a history of asking users how they feel.

Whether it's Facebook ads or the Wall of Shame, I expect some embarrassing news, soon.
