@dula: Thats one of the default questions that facebook (specifically the My Questions app) will ask of you when you add the My Questions app, if you don't specify your own question. You have to add the My Questions app to answer someone elses question (I think), it happened to me, I didn't realise until I got an email telling me my question had been answered, and it was some random dumb question, so I removed it.
