It certainly take a lot of courage to bash someone after you walk out (not!). Feedback from yahoo's i know was that Rubash was simply an ex-Ebay accounting nerd who never really fit in at Yahoo and added little value to the organization, while Glaser, liked or not, gets the work done. If Rubash won the turf war, why would he not just replace Glaser? hmmmmmm.
