I swear that I remember him saying he bought 20 pairs of these before they were discontinued when he spoke at the YCombinator startup school.

But I might be mixing up my Silicon Valley CEO myths, since I think I've heard the same story about Steve Jobs.

Honestly, I owned a pair of those like 5 years ago and they are the most UNCOMFORTABLE things ever. I love sandals but man, get yourself a pair of Birks or Rainbows Mark.
