		    <description><![CDATA[<P>I met up with Jim for a ballgame here in SF on the day he RESIGNED from PC Mag. He told me he'd left to take on the head job at Revision3 (which was not public knowledge at the time). Jim and I are good friends and he'd have no reason for spinning the story to me.
