dunno... possible they inked a Japanese distribution deal in exchange for capital?  thought Technorati-J was already out there, so not really sure.</p>
<p>
Feedster also did some asian partnership deals that involved fresh capital, so might be a way to hedge the domestic bet via intl markets.</p>

Isn't it possible that this was some sort of option that was agreed upon during the last round, and only exercised now? </p>
