That shot is a fake. </p>
<p>
If the plate were actually on a car rolling down the street there'd be an expiration month sticker on it.</p>
<p>
Also, the noise pattern in the "exposed" part of the plate is highly suspicious, especially as there appears to be a barrier at the left edge of the first "W" where someone tried to wipe out an original plate, and then move around the letters they liked.</p> <p><a href="http://www.burningwiki.org/wikiburn">Brad</a></p>]]></description>
