How much sense does it make to put an ex- Wall Street beancounter who deoesn't have a creative bone in her body in charge of sales, marketing and publishing?  Decker will finally discover what the business is all about (and maybe actually become accountable for some execution).  I'd love to be a fly on the wall when she has to make sales calls on major advertisers....she's probably reading Advertisng 101 right now in her chauffer-driven ride to work.
