There are relatively few internet industry personalities both powerful enough, and as dorky as the viewing public expects, to make it to NBC's Today Show. To a short list that includes, probably, Craig Newmark of Craigslist, and the Google founders, now add Mark Zuckerberg. The 23-year-old Facebook founder, whose college social network has evolved into a general "social utility" for all ages, seemed broadly at ease. Even when
Meredith Vieira, the Today host, cut to his mother and sister, standing by. The one blushworthy moment came at the end, when Vieira appeared to evaluate Zuckerberg's boyfriend potential. (Given one of the Google founders just married, and the other's smitten, the world needs a new internet prince.) "You're low-maintenance, I can see. You really are. You haven't changed, right, with all this money? [There's no money, yet, answered Zuckerberg.] I have a feeling there will be some coming down the pike soon." After the jump, the clip.
