Where is Ooma?

Andrew FrameIt's often a jinx to appear in Business Week, particularly under a heading which tempts fate as much as the magazine's March special on "tech's best young entrepreneurs." That was the media debut of Ooma, the hush-hush venture of Andrew Frame, a 27-year-old network whiz, pictured here, looking extremely self-satisfied. We hear he's less happy, these days. Ooma — which raised a whopping $22m from investors such as DFJ and the Founders Fund, to build a box for free long-distance calls — was supposed to have launched, months ago. Ooma boasts its the product of Silicon Valley's most accomplished minds, "teaming up to bring innovation to a category that has remained stagnant for over a century." At the current rate, it might be another century before that happens. Any tidbits?
