YouTube has launched a downloadable app (Windows-only, Mac coming soon) that allows users to upload multiple movies at once. It has also changed the size limit for uploaded videos to 1 GB, while keeping the maximum movie length at 10 minutes. Google Video has had such an app for a while — so the surprise here is more what took YouTube so long.
