Is Josh Quittner's sub-conscious trying to get him fired? The Business 2.0 editor, shocked how easy it is to stream entire movies, just declared that big media is
losing the copyright wars. The magazine boss' example: the hit abs-and-gore movie, 300, which is available, free, and fully,
here and
here, for instance. Shocking. And even more shocking that Quittner would highlight piracy of 300, a movie distributed by Warner Brothers, which is owned by media giant Time Warner, which also owns Time Inc., the troubled magazine group — which also owns Business 2.0 magazine. Time Warner boss, Dick Parsons, won't be pleased.
