    Downtime

    Well, this is a nice little pep for Yahoo's much criticized engineering operations. The Sunnyvale internet company, which has developed a tech inferiority complex since it was overtaken by Google, was the most reliable big site during 2006, according to an uptime monitoring company. The worst big sites, down for more than four hours in total during last year: Blogger and Youtube, the blog platform and video sharing site, both owned by Google.
