    Skype founder's mile-high antics

Janus Friis Janus Friis, the centi-millionaire founder of Kazaa, Skype and now Joost, has made an internet career of breaking the rules. An approach he appears to extend to air travel etiquette. On a recent Virgin Airlines flight, the buccaneering 30-year-old Dane was reprimanded repeatedly by cabin crew after he and his girlfriend got drunk and frisky in the Upper Class section.

Friis has described his traveling companion — Christina Knudsen, step-daughter of Roger Moore, the actor who used to play James Bond — as the love of his life. "We have a fantastic life together," the internet phone pioneer said in a recent interview. On the flight, from London to Los Angeles just before the Oscars, the tipsy couple behaved like love-struck teenagers, according to a witness. Adorable, at least until the couple squeezed into the Upper Class restroom for more privacy.

When lunch had been served they got out of their seats and headed straight to the loo. They were giggling like children and it was Christina who dragged her boyfriend in. They were in there for a while. The rest of the passengers just buried their heads in their newspapers or watched a movie, but when someone else needed the loo, one of the stewards had to bang on the door and ask them to return to their seats. [An eyewitness account, reported by Britain's Mail on Sunday newspaper.]
