    A tipster tells us that NYPD Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly and a pair of hulking bodyguards are visiting Google's Chelsea office this morning. Maybe Kelly's interviewing for the open mini-CEO position? He's certainly comfortable cracking skulls, a requirement for any job dealing with Madison Avenue. Let us know if that's the case.
