NICK DOUGLAS — Brace yourself, here comes another gag-worthy detail of Google's corporate culture: Since last summer, Google has had a "chief culture officer." Stacy Savides Sullivan's duties include planning ski trips and "setting up Web sites where people can report bugs in their culture." The CCO also works on the annual "happiness survey." The good news is Google didn't hire someone just for this position. The bad news is that the CCO is also the head of HR.
