  • September 1998 Ticketmaster Online merges with CitySearch, an online city guide
  • December 1998Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch (TMCS) completes IPO
  • January 2001 Ticketmaster merges with TMCS
  • January 2003 Diller buys remainder of Ticketmaster
