Jealous you weren't invited to DJ Spider's set in Mike Moritz's garage last week? Here's another party to which you probably weren't invited: the guest list for the inaugural session of Jim Young's new poker club, tonight at Bittorrent's offices on Mission Street, is a cross-section of the new web elite. The group's called, unimaginatively, Poker 2.0. Who's in? Apart from Jim himself, his Hot or Not partner, James Hong; Jonathan Abrams of Friendster and now Socializr; Steve Chen of Youtube; Phil Kaplan of Adbrite; Max Levchin of Slide; Kevin Rose of Digg; and Jeremy Stoppelman of Yelp. A glittering crowd. The only let-down? In this game — Texas Hold 'Em — there's a $40 cap on the buy-in.
