Our tipster moans that the time off will come without pay. But that's not the case, according to Boulevards exec Bob Rauh, who refused to comment further. More often, in this kind of action, companies force employees to use accrued vacation time, a move that doesn't necessarily cut costs but can reduce future payroll obligations.
