not sure who/where you are, but would be good to share facts. the jury is out on root, especially in wake of mortgage melt-down. but company is still running and recently structured smart deal with yahoo! wrt majestic research, i find it hard to understand your point. majestic is making money and will do close to $20m in sales this year, under the leadership of doug atkin who i brought in as ceo. happy to discuss more details in person if you want to do real diligence. -s
