Thanks for your followup. I was brusque in my comment, but I genuinely do respect a commitment to authenticity as a tenet of a brand. I guess all I'm saying is, this might have been a case where that credibility could be preserved without sacrificing your ability to make the most of your biggest media moment (so far). What jumped out at me was that your audiences would never know one way or another if you delayed the delivery a bit for sake of timing. With some fancy footwork, perhaps you could have had your "authenticity cake" and eaten it, too.
At any rate, good luck to you. Appreciate the chance to dialogue.
