"I think it's wrong to charge good money for something that's crap. The majority of people aren't going to use or even find out about a product/service until much later - whether "beta culture" is a good/bad thing is highly relative depending on one's own priorities AND on the company involved. Some companies are going to be far more accountable and responsible than others, and make a concerted endeavor to not ship glaringly broken stuff."
