Tesla Motors can't seem to manufacture cars reliably, but the company has become something of an assembly line for lawsuits. It's being sued by a vendor for breach of contract, suing a competitor for breach of contract and theft of trade secrets, and is now being sued by a former employee who alleges the company violated California labor laws and hopes to turn the case into a class action suit.
