WTF? In my experience, Jimmy's keen on women in leadership - as long as they're in agreement with everything he says, do what he tells them, and don't argue with him. Just nod, smile, kiss ass and look purty. As a woman in leadership myself, perhaps I could enlighten the young ladies on how to handle guys like Jimmy Wales. That might prove to be the more useful seminar. I certainly could have used one, rather than learning by trial and error.
