"Heterofabulous" is not a word you should toss around lightly. It takes a lot of fabulosity to have the title conferred upon one. I'm not sure a simple nipple-tweak cuts it.
The book 21 was based on is actually quite a good read. Too bad those tricks don't work anymore.
