DoubleClick employees may technically work for Google now, but an ad in the DoubleClick Facebook network indicates that they're not real Googlers yet. "Hi DoubleClick!," the ad copy reads. "Please stop gorging on all our food. Maybe we won't fire you. Thanks!" The banner ad is below.

If I could get a job I'd maybe care -- but since they don't hire the blacks -- oy. (I keed. I keed. Don't flame).
guess over there being rich doesnt mean they are generous..
geez christ..ya think earning billions of dollars per year you can afford go give some food to your employees even if they are not part of their "elite" core.
@yawnster: Exactly. Didn't think Google employees would be so petty. What happened to their "Don't be evil" motto?
re:johnny - DCLK and Banner ads are evil, remember ? evil(evil) = good.
Money is the dark side of Google...
The ad was a joke placed by someone who works at neither organization. The click-thru went to Gwar's website, which should have been the first clue. Anyone in the world can target an ad at a company on Facebook. It is funny that the companies that created that targetting to begin with are getting huffy about it being used against them.
The ad does make light of real concerns by Doubleclick employees, but no real malacious intent was meant by the person who created the ad.
Man I didn't eat today I was so nervous about the Google heads gouging my eyes out.
OK people. This was not the work of any Google, Doubleclick, or Facebook employee. Excellent CTR, though. Newsflash: Anyone can run an ad and target anyone they want.
Now...pass the Foie de Veau Aux Fines Herbes, mon frere.
OK People,
This was not the work of any Google, Doubleclick, or Facebook employee. It did, however, carry an excellent CTR, I've been told. Remember, anyone can advertise and target anyone. Now, please pass the Foie de Veau Aux Fines Herbes, mon frere.
Jason Calcanis says that employess who waste time eating are employees worth firing!
Is that just mud, or has the pig soiled itself badly?
