Really, we didn't think it was possible, but CNET editor Natali Del Conte is even more adorable en español. The bilingual TV personality is anchoring a deal between CNET and Univision, the Hispanic TV channel. "My Spanish-speaking family is WAY more impressed with this than anything else I've ever done," Del Conte told me. "Univision is all they've got so it's a big deal. My mom called me all weepy after she saw it and went, 'Oh my baby! She's speaking Spanish on TV!' My sister said, 'You would think we don't have English-speaking parents!' :)" 32 million U.S. residents speak Spanish at home. Somehow, I don't think they're tuning in to Michael Arrington for the latest on technology.
Natali Del Conte even hotter when she speaks Spanish

the christina aguilera of tech wrap-up
It's lame to diminish Natali's tech cred with words like "adorable", however unintentional.
When she's done with her segment do women in bikinis come out to dance to salsa music while balloons fall from the ceiling? Then, do they switch to a poorly acted soap opera that is enjoyable to watch even if you do not speak the language, to be followed by an obscure soccer match with tanned men who are straddling the mullet/Patrick Dempsey hairstyle line?
I would appreciate it if the answer is yes, as it would reinforce my view of the world, which is something I do not appreciate being challenged by nuance.
To be honest I thought she always spoke in spanish, I've watched all her videos with mute on.
@Dweezil: Why do a lot of the actors from those shows look almost white?
Satis "Sábado Gigante" para me.
@Alaska Miller: But Christina Aguilera is more whore than, wait, she's not white?
Is there supposed to be a video somewhere in this post? Somehow I think Univision has failed with regards to their embed technology. Firefox doesn't render it at all, IE renders a white box that loads nothing. I can recall what she looks like from my memory, and also from the photos I have of her framed in various locations in my house, including the one I put on the table next to my bed where I awkwardly inserted myself next to her on a beach with Photoshop, but I'd appreciate it if we could step up the technological prowess here, Owen. The disappearing comments, constant log-outs, incorrect comment counts, weird rendering and Matrix style header are not enough. I expect more.
You have switched to a photo. A cunning strategy.
I will remember, Thomas. I will always remember.
Forever.
I just asumed the video embed didn't work because I didnt' have the spanish version of flash installed.
now thats a hot chick..and she has more skillz than julia whatshername..
her spanish has a bit of an american accent though..
@sample032: uhh, cause they are. European descent and all.
[Ted Dzuiba goes to Babelfish, types "I'd hit it.... with a tire iron." Posts, "Lo golpearía.... con un hierro del neumático."]
since i never watch ijustine's videos with the sound on, i'm assuming she's always talking in a dialect of tolkien elvish. which would put her leaps and bounds ahead of the other camgirls.
@brechtgirl: But the audience is clearly (I apologize for the slightly obscure term) Mestizo.
her Spanish pronunciation is painfully bad... 3rd grade level at best; but she looks good in any tongue :)
Do I say Natali's muy caliente or en fuego? ESPN didn't prepare me for this.
@sample032: You Fkr. Ignorance is a bitch. People who speak Spanish come in all shades of color.
@Fidel on the Roof: I meant the studio audience. They show them all the time on gameshows.
@sample032: sorry about that. peace?
@siouxfan: No matter how much you wish it weren't true, tech cred is unremarkable no matter who we're talking about. not everyone's that hawt though
fine, forget the "tech" cred - let's call it journalist cred or credibility as a person.
@Fidel on the Roof: yeah. I should have been more specific.
@Dweezil: I miss Xuxa.
我会击中它... 我的妻子不会想要, 虽则
Wow, VW wasn't kidding! Very perky!
