Panelist Lux Alptraum says that similar "special topics" have been clustered with the intention of "keeping conversations small." The upside: four rooms of action means there's no reason to feel guilty about walking out should things get dry.

More like one room of action -- they're all Core Conversations, which happen in the same room (Ballroom E).
It's also not just the sex-related conversations that have been clustered. All similarly themed core conversations are clustered together.
